Vista Bahía is located in Manga neighborhood, at the end of Calle Real.

This neighborhood is born at the end of the XIX century due to the need of families in Cartagena to get out of the walled downtown seeking a fresher and roomier place for their houses.

The neighborhood developed as a fancy one and nowadays it has kept this level and is very preferred by middle and middle high classes because of its excellent location, great commodities and tranquility with easy access and fast routes to the downtown, touristic zone and any part of the city . Its privileged location hosts schools, universities, churches, supermarkets, historical and touristic sites and a walking way by the bay.
